What’s your plan to vote?

All registered voters in Sacramento County will get a ballot and pink return envelop in the mail in early October. You have 4 ways to cast your vote:

Place the voted ballot inside the envelope provided, sign the envelope and return.

Vote Center

Visit any Sacramento County Vote Center to drop off your ballot or vote in person. The first Vote Centers open on Saturday, November 5th.

Drop off your ballot at a secure ballot dropbox. Dropboxes will open on October 10th, 2022.

You can register conditionally at any Vote Center in the County of Sacramento.

How will the new voting process work?

Every registered voter will receive a ballot in the mail one month before the election. Voters will have three options: (1) return their ballot by mail postmarked no later than Election Day, (2) place it in one of the secure dropboxes located throughout their county, or (3) vote in person at a vote center.
